Prior to this role, she was an Innovation Warrior, serving as the Dean of Family and Community Partnerships and Softball Coach.
A native of East Harlem, Elsie Encarnacion takes great pride in representing her community and working towards its empowerment. With a strong commitment to service, she has actively contributed to various local Boards, including the Board of Directors at Union Settlement and Community Board 11, where she chaired the Landuse Committee. Currently, Beyond her professional pursuits, Elsie enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
