Co-Teaching Model
Work in the co-teaching model, and practice innovative instruction, and implement programs and undertake special projects.
Cross-Curricular Collaboration
Become a member of an academic department, led by a department chair, engage in semi-monthly meetings with your colleagues to review curriculum, provide mutual support, and review student data in-depth.
Customized Learning Experiences
Engage our students in project-based and experiential learning, including our signature “Enrichment Week” program.

I became an Innovation Warrior during a Leap year (February 29, 2016) as a CCR teacher for 10th grade.
As I reflect back on all my years here at Innovation I have grown so much in my field. (I love it here!!) I stepped out of my comfort zone to lead certain programs.
While being at Innovation I've held many different titles throughout the years such as Lady Warriors Basketball Head Coach, Assistant Softball Coach, She-Unit Divine Girls Groups, Prom Committee Coordinator, Enrichment Week Coordinator, and I can't forget about the many titles the students call me mommy Tina, Aunty Tina etc.
When I think about the Innovation community the first word that comes to mind is family. The love and care that we have here at Innovation is truly unmatched. Many of us here really go the extra mile to ensure our students get what they need to succeed, not only for our students, but for their families as well.
Innovation is really a one-of-a-kind school.

I started at Innovation in January 2013 (!!!) as a member of the counseling department, where I was doing part-time counseling and part-time special education administration work, and everything I know about my role now, I have learned over the past 10 years at Innovation
