Upon graduating from John Jay in 2012 with a degree in legal studies, she became her firm’s first employee and has since held multiple, progressive positions over the past 11 years. During her tenure, Callie founded and chaired Greenbacker’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, where she recognized the lack of diversity in the finance and renewable energy sectors, and has forwarded multiple educational initiatives at the high school level to engage youth in STEM fields early on in their careers
