Innovation students in our Culinary Arts (CARTS) program are always stepping up their game, both in flavor and presentation! On this afternoon’s menu is Pan-seared Chicken Breast with Glazed Carrots and Onion Butter Rice.

“Culinary students practice their skills preparing full meals using different cooking methods. After prepping for the dish, they learned pan-searing, glazing, boiling, sautéing and garnishing techniques while building their communication and teamwork skills.”
